We tend to be no frills kind of photographers. Does this mean you get boring, unromantic images without impact? Heaven’s no. To us, this means your images will be more timeless and focus more on the emotion and relationship of those in front of our lens rather than any extra “stuff.” That said, sometimes the “stuff” is important too and we can work with what your particular vision is.
Brittany and Mark had a few extras that they wanted to include in their Sawgrass Lake Park engagement session and they worked out great! We started out with some cute signs. These kind of additions can be personalized, as Brittany and Mark’s were, and can add a playful element to engagement images. We made sure to capture these moments near to the parking lot so that we wouldn’t have to carry them around the park, adding to the time and complexity of the session. Keep it simple and keep it fun. Then it was on to focusing on Brittany and Mark. A leisurely stroll led us back toward the parking area where Brittany and Mark could quickly change into their respective collegiate shirts for some more personalized fun and then in an instant the romance was back. We finished off their engagement session with snuggles on some benches, some kissing on the bridge and a walk hand in hand back to where we started.
It was a great session and I hope Brittany and Mark enjoyed their time with us as much as we did with them. We can’t wait for their up coming wedding! Enjoy their sneak peek.
