Sara & Matthew’s Lakewood Ranch Wedding
By Brian Idocks | Published
W hat a way to start out 2014! The first of anything gains importance as it carries added anticipation and sets the pace for what is to come. Brian and I always look forward to our first wedding of each year. If Sara and Matthew’s wedding is any indication of what lies ahead, then we are in for a very fun year. That is right, I had FUN photographing Sara and Matthew’s wedding. It might have had something to do with the couple’s attitude or the bounty of personality that was their bridal party (this best man’s toast says it all). It might have been the beautiful venue of Lakewood Ranch Golf and Country Club. It might have been how friendly and accommodating their staff is. It might have been what an awesome job D.J. Kevin Kramer did with keeping the dance floor packed. Of course it could have been the drop dead gorgeous cake by The Cake Zone, the romantic floral arrangements by Beneva Flowers or the classy limo service by His and Hers. My guess would be it was a combination of all these things. Honestly, I am not going to question it too much. It was a wonderful wedding and a delightful start for the year. What more can a professional wedding photographer ask for? Enjoy their sneak peek! ~Derica
